Keeping Our Customers Safe

Following the government announcing another national lockdown, we would firstly like to send our best wishes to all our customers during these challenging times. We sincerely hope that you all remain safe and well.

As a business, M J Burt Property Maintenance Ltd is obviously monitoring the situation and our practices on a daily basis. Though we are operating a ‘business as usual’ approach at present, please be assured that we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers. We have implemented enhanced hygiene practices and will do our very best to sanitise all areas in which we have worked.

COVID-19 safety measures

We have set out a list of general practices for when one of our engineers visits your property.

•    Please maintain at least a 2-metre distance at all times, including when answering the door
•    Where possible, please remain in another room for the duration of our visit and do not enter the room in which we are working

Above all, we would ask that IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL OR DISPLAYING ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO OUR VISIT. We will rearrange your appointment for another time once your self-isolation period has ended. 

We will communicate any changes to our usual business practices as they happen, but please rest assured we will be doing everything possible to support our customers during this difficult period.
